SCOPE OF WORK:- I) FOR EI MAINTENANCE:- a) The primary objectives of preventive and corrective maintenance are to minimize electrical breakdowns and faults, prevent fire hazards arising from electrical short circuits and faults, and reduce downtime. Any fire hazard incidents resulting from short circuits, or the falling of ceiling fans, luminaries, etc., due to inadequate maintenance will be treated with utmost seriousness. The maintenance agency shall be held accountable for such incidents. b) The electrical installation includes entire cabling network and wirings, BDB’s, PDB’s power & distribution cables, Compound lights, fittings & fixture. LT panels, UPS system etc. c) working time: 1 no Electrician, 1 no Helper FOR 1(Two) shift every Day including holy day. At the time of emergency breakdown etc. of beyond maintenance hour agency must be provite staff to restore the problem.
