Cutting in earth work by manual means and mechanical means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and transportation of un-useful material at approved dumping site of municipal committee Solan or otherwise (to be arranged by the contractor on his own risk and cost. ) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site to be borne by the contractor. Stacking the service abilable material in all leads and lifts and levelling and disposing off surplus excavated earth in on dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour , machineries, materials, tools equipment and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if any required), dumping site for disposal of surplus earth/ material to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and risk nothing extra shall be paid in respect of disposal of surplus excavated earth to dumping sites. All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used / removed as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

OD128105/2024-2025:Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum(excess as per Mix design, not payable). All work upto plinth level
