C/O Storm Water Drainage Tahliwal Town in Distt Una HP (SH Conducting Drone Survey preparation of detail project Report)
i) Collection of relevant information for the subject property and surrounding area. This includes site area maps and identification of land-use ii) Analysis of rainfall data gathered from nearby gauge station or satellite based TRMM data to ascertain flood conditions at site and nearby area (flow rate, frequency, duration). The intensity, frequency and duration of the extreme rainfall shall be defined in accordance with the applicable standard. If not specified in the applicable standard, a minimum return period of 100 years shall be applied, which could be reduced under justification.iii) Visual Survey of the entire drainage area as identified from the maps and data collected.iv) A review of readily available records and documents on hydrology of the area, to assist in determining surface water drainage patterns for the subject property and adjacent areas. v) To establish catchment characterstics such as run-off and natural stream network as established using leading software such asQGIS, HEC, RAS, HEC-HMS and Civil 3D. These characterstics shall be further scrutinized for flood analysis and suitable drainage design.vi) The hydrology analysis to derive flood peak hydrographs and frequency analysis to identify the magnitude of extreme storm events for the return periods specified.vii) Based on the parameters such as rainfall intensity, run off, catchment area, run-off coefficient, existing soil condition, drainout fall location etc. derived from hydrology study, to suggest the plant layout and designs for storm water drains and culverts.viii) Analyzing the data and submitting an engineering report, furnishing recommendations for the design and construction of internal drainage structures or other preventive measures at the site; calculation notes of the drainage system (flow rates, storage volumes, and dimensions) and Erosion protection measures. All details shall be provided to the client with studies of the areas mentioned in the present document and shown on the KMZ file of the site.ix) Prepartion of Detailed Project report from above data and design including proposed storm water drain network with detailed calculations, design, and working estimates.
