B-Electrical work for Installation of ATVM at 12 proposed locations over

Supply & Delivery & Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type Feeder Piller Box including floor mounted CPRI approved Cubical type LT Distribution Panel Board of Self Supporting Compartmentalized with Separate bus & Cable alleys made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet & angle iron frame supported incl. necy. interconnection by suitable size & grade Copper Cable / Solid link/ flat bar incl. making cable end terminal box float boxes after making drill holes ect. as required as per direction of E.I.C. The piller box should have appropriate size as per direction of EIC to accomodate the following equipments. Canopy and upper portion of the Feeder Pillar box is to be made from 5mm & 3mm thick MS Sheet respectively, and bottom portion with 10mm thick MS plate rigidly fixed by nuts bolts washer etc. The Piller Box will have double door with almirah type lock with 3 nos. keys. Additional provision of pad locking is to be provided with 2 nos. mechanical locks both top and bottom portion. Provision of ventilating grill should be triangular in shape made from MS Plate duly welded to lateral side. The centre ventilation spout at starting surface of the top of the pillar box. Provision of 2 Nos. earthing terminals by 25x6mm GI flat having suitable nuts, bolts & washers etc. Interconnection between incoming & outgoing Switches to be done with suitable size of copper wire.The pillar box is to be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of RO primer. The internal EI works of the piller box should withstand 2KV rms AC Voltage for 1 minute. All fabrication work is to be done as per direction of EIC. The Piller box should contain the following arrangements :-

1.10.3:Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C
