Digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement. Fabrication & erection of single pole support on PCC/ST pole support including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per RESSPO norms .

PIPING (ABOVE GROUND) : - Receipt of free issued Materials, transportation of all piping item(s) from Owner's storage point to worksite/work shop; fabrication including cutting, edge preparation, (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, fittings, flanges,etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required); Locking arrangement for valves: fitup, bending, preheating wherever required, welding, threading, and laying of pipes of all types and thickness over sleepers, overhead on racks and at all elevations, connecting with equipment nozzles, strainers, sight glass, steam traps, expansion bellows, orifice assemblies, spray nozzles, rotameters, tappings for pressure gauges, thermowells, sample connections, springs, sample coolers, pressure relief valves, desuperheater etc. and fixing of gaskets, bolts, nuts including application of torque wherever required & all other inline instruments and fittings , like elbows, reducers, tees, vents, drains, SW/threaded valves upto 1.5 NB, Steam Supply/ Condensate Recovery stations (Cast/ Fabricated), alignment, Fixing and welding of RF pad, cleaning & flushing loop wise and system wise by water/Chemical/compressed air, hydrostatic, pneumatic, vacuum, spark testing , reinstatement, card board blasting, leak test, inertization, hot bolting if required and any other type of testing as specified, draining, drying by compressed air, completing all such works in all respects as per the specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer- In-Charge. Contractor's scope of work includes transportation of fabricated / spooled piping from workshop to wok site . Scope of work Includes Instrument piping hook up items like impulse pipes, fittings etc., from piping isolation valve to instrument shall be fabricated, erected/installed based on the instrument hook drawing and other applicable standards (Instrument Impulse piping and fitting are free issue to contractor)

Fabrication, supply & erection of 5.0 mtr height, minimum 3 mm thick, bottom dia of 130mm & top dia of 70mm base plate of size 225 x 225 x 12 mm thick flange mounted hot dip galvanized octagonal pole made from HT steel plate, window with flash cover with full vertical window cover at appropriate height from the base plate on existing cement concrete pedestal as required. i/c supplying and fixing of 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. GI strips 4 mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes as reqd, terminal block suitable for 25 sq mm conductor – 4 nos. & shorting links on DIN channel i/cpdg and fixing DIN channel of suitable length,, 6 Amp. SPMCB ‘C’ characteristics, earth stud, cable support clamp suitable for upto 4x25 sqmm cable.Logo/Name of manufacturer shall be either embossed or riveted plate on the pole. Galvanization as per relevant IS.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered) Note : Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel no prepayment shall be made againist the supply of steel reinforcement

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

M&L in repair for identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board area exc 0.60 Sqm and n exc 1.20 Sqm with thickness not less than 3.0mm aluminium composite panel covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet (grade 3M type II diamond grade of make 3M/dark eye/SNI ) on both side with green base, including writing of necessary letter/symbols of reflective type fixed on and including stainless steel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hang on 50mm dia stainless steel pipe(fabrication work from SS-304 material) of height 2.4 mtr from ground level to top and post embeded in ground with PCC 1:3:6 TYPE C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate of size 45x45x45cm including necessary excavation and earth work and making plateform of size 150x45x30cm with PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary formwork and covering all exposed surfacess with black colour glazed ceramic tile (joint less) of size (600x300x7mm) / (450x300x7mm thick over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed to match the tiles complete. Note:- The specifaction of board is held with GE(A) Barmer as sketch. The letters and symbols etc on both side shall be as per site requirement of user and as approved by GE. The size and font of wording/ arrow/ symbols as per direction of Engineer In-Charge.
