Supply and Fabrication, installation , testing and commissioning in replacement factory made IP-54 , CPRI Approved , Out door type , LT electrical panel board, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 / 500 V, 50 Hz, outdoor type, fabricated with 3.15 mm thick made of CRCA, powder coated , , Cable gland, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit, chamber for aluminium bus bars including aluminium bus bars 4 Nos, 800 amps capacity insulated with colored PVC sleeves mounted on suitable insulators and seperators, holes drilled for connections, complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, complete mounted on PCC pillars complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:- INCOMING :-(a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal setting ,400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA - 01 No. OUTGOING :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal setting 250 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA - 02 Nos. (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal setting 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA - 02 Nos. (c) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps, 415V, 16 KA-01 No. (d) Voltmeter, electronic, digital type, with selector switch 0 - 500 volts, AC, 50 Hz - 1 No. (e) Ammeter electronic, digital type, 0 - 800 amps, AC, 50 Hz - 1 No. (f) Current transformer 200 / 5 amps rating, AC, 50 Hz - 3 Nos. (g) Phase indication LED lamps - 3 Nos(RYB). Note: Make and complete detailed drawings of the LT Panel shall be submitted to and approved by the GE prior to procurement / manufacture . The panel shall be executed strictly as per approved drawings and specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel structure in position by using MS Tubes & Pipes of all diameters as per IS -1161, including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders including cost of welding rods, power changes etc., and cost and conveyance of all materials and including labour charges for fixing heavy iron grills, trusses, stanchions, heavy beams and girders erecting in position and fixing by using chain pulley blocks, derrek pole arrangements and cranes etc., complete and painting two (2) coats with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter approved colour and make, including brushes to have an even shade, over priming coat with ready mixed red oxide metal primer paint (total three (3) coats), including cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete as directed during execution. (TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL) shall be used. Note:- If any size of MS Tubes & Pipes of TATA / SAIL / VSP / JINDAL is not available, then only the filed Engineers' shall permit for usage of APOLLO Brand (or) as specified during execution.

645 12.85 Design built, supply and erection of Tensile (fabric) structure system including designing and fabrication in M.S. steel tubular structure as per Indian standard section as per approved design and shape including base plate, dash fastener, clits etc. Cutting, patterning, plotting and wielding of fabric with the help of tensile structure software. Fabric should be wielded by high frequency PVC wielding in proper line with PVC cader to be fixed on end of the fabric and to be stretched & fixed on M.S. design structure with the help of. M.S. Flat bar with self-taping screw. M.S. structure to be painted with one coat of epoxy primer with MRF PU paint of approved colour in desired shape. With 1050 GSM tensile fabric
