Material & labour for fabrication of pressed steel cupboard shutter using 1mm thick MS plain sheet with frame 1.25mm thick bent to shape including two coat of synthetic enamel paint on internal surfaces & two coat of hammer tone finish on external surface alongwith locking arrangement mortice lock ,handle etc complete all as specified as per drg No CEJZ/TD/12/2008 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

Fabrication & erection of steel shutters for electrical niches as per following specifications FRAME: The shutter of suitable dimensions for electrical nitch shall be made out of 16 G.M.S. sheet. The shutter frame shall be 1-1/2”x1-1/2”x1-1/2” channel frame 4 Nos. ‘L’ type holdfasts for fixing the same on the wall. The size of the shutter frame should be suitable for 2Nos. door panels/single panel depending upon the size of nitches DOOR PANEL: The door panel shall have support in U-Shape formation made from 16G.M.S. sheet with 4”x3/4”M.S. channel duly spot welded to give additional strength. The door panel shall be fixed with frame with the help of concealed M.S. hinges of suitable size having good strength. The door panel shall be provided with a bolting arrangement either of Godrej type or such type so as to interlock the door panel with frame. The handle shall be of superior quality and nickel plated to facilitate its opening. The door panel must have as arrangement to provide a pad lock. FINISHING: The frame & the door panel should be given anti-rust, anti-grease and phosphate treatment with 3 in 1 paste and then spray painted with two coats of paint of superior quality. The shutter should be earthed properly with the existing earth with No.8SWG wire after erasing the paint from the body of the Shutter. The rate includes cost of all labor and material reqd. to complete the job to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, supply and erection o f conventional Earth to Signalling/Telecom equipments -Excavation o f earth and providing earth pipe of size 50mm dia. 3.5mm thick 2.0 m. long G.I. pipe of heavy quality with masonry tub constructed 18 around at earth locations as specified by site Engineer. Alternate layers of 30kgs-charcoal and 30kgs-common salt to be filled in the pit while closing. The pipe perforation etc., to be carried out as per drawing No. SK 10/10. The earth pipe to be connected to the function with cable as supplied by Railways. The reading should be painted on the masonry tub. The masonry tub of 300 mm x 300 mm x 300mm (along with Kundi) should be covered with cement slab. Inspection by Consignee.
