Operation and minor maintenance of C-Block Park Dilshad Garden Sewage pumping station by following: - i. Operation of 02 Nos. 25 HP pump sets, LT panel, switch gear, isolating systems, other allied electrical & mechanical equipment's and disposal of sewage floating material by deployment of Semi-skilled and Unskilled staff for smooth operation of pump sets as per direction of engineer in charge. Each shift includes one semi-skilled staff and One unskilled staff for operation and minor maintenance of the pump house. replacement of Gland packing, blowing of dust, attending of minor fault in LT Panel. This also includes making of power failure complaint to BSES authority. Submitting of daily report by the staff is mandatory. Semi-skilled staff- 03 Nos. Unskilled staff- 03 Nos. ESI & EPF shall be reimbursed as actual after submitted the proper documents of ESI & EPF.

For Intensive Garden: Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide and plants will be provided by the department and lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) (Rate Including GST). Total garden area = 22935.57 Sqm. Per month X 9 Months =206420.13 Sqm.
