HVAC Works Providing complete HVAC and Ventilation Works on Lump Sum / Turnkey Basis for the Development of Keshod Airport, including design, planning, engineering, preparation of design basis reports and drawings, procurement, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, obtaining statutory approvals, preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training of operating personnel and maintenance during defect liability period, for all systems pertaining to the Terminal Building Complex, ATC Tower-cum-Technical Block, associated buildings, utility areas, car parks, approach roads and all related airport infrastructure. The works shall include provision of HVAC and ventilation systems, Tunnel Ventilation System, and all associated mechanical, electrical, control and safety systems for HVAC and ventilation, complete with all accessories and appurtenances required for proper functioning and integration of the airport facilities. The works shall be executed in accordance with GRIHA green building requirements, relevant BIS/NBC/NFPA standards, applicable statutory regulations and airport operational requirements, and shall include assistance for obtaining necessary statutory clearances wherever required. Detailed scope, technical requirements, specifications and system details shall be as per the Tender Documents (NIT), Drawings, Design Basis Reports (DBR), Technical Specifications, Special Conditions of Contract and other relevant contract documents, and the contractor shall execute all works necessary to deliver a fully functional, safe, integrated and operational system for the airport facilities on Lump Sum / Turnkey basis, complete in all respects.
