PLC to be complete as per specs installed inside the Main Switchgear MCC panel. The PLC shall have a FULL MODBus / BACnet / Eithernet interface facility with the Central BMS system. Scope to include the Gateway or converter, Communication module, HVAC software in addition to the standard features. Minimum Specifications of a Controller are as follows (but should meet the project needs): a) 10 x analogue inputs for CO or other pollutant sensors. M&L CBRI certified 16-gauge GI fire damper (motorized, spring return type, combination fire and smoke damper), at least of 120 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C complete with smoke detector / thermistor, fusible link etc. and actuator as required for operation, located in the SA / RA ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts, walls, etc.) along with control panel (located in such a way that the reset may easily be done), interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC to trip / close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone and tested as per UL-555, the fire dampers shall meet the following under mentioned criteria, complete all as specified & directed. :- (i) Bare fire dampers with 400mm sleeve. (ii) Control panel actuator, including electrical spring type actuator, remote indication of the fire damper position. (iii) Interconnection wire for the fire detection & alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers. (iv) Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommandations of the manufacturer.

The units shall have local LEDs at each individual unit to indicate when the units are up for wash/malfunctioning. The system must include coil mounted Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) System for providing protection from airborne infection and maintaining Indoor Air Quality in various type of HVAC units with the following features and technical specifications. The system shall comprise of one or more individual lamps with fixtures (Combinations of 863mm & 1556mm only), reflector(fabricated in Aluminium Alloy with minimum 80% reflectance). The lamps shall be Simple Connection with 4 pin harness. Lamp & Ballast should be from same OEM Manufacturer. The lamp life shall be rated no less than 9000 hours with a derating of less than 15% after 8000 hours. The lamp shall be high output type and should not be lower than 800 mA. Ballast shall not contain any Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB).Ballast shall be high frequency electronic type and operate lamps at a frequency above 42 kHz to avoid interference with infrared devices and eliminate visible flicker. Tenderers must submit a Clause-by-Clause Compliance Summary and provide full documentation/ technical literature/ data sheets/ reports to confirm compliance for each clause. All tenderers must submit a design analysis conditional qualification test report to confirm that tests have been conducted based on the above criteria and that the EAC has passed these tests. Vendor to comply all tender specifications. The entire system should be installed under the guidance of OEM/ Channel partner for proper installation & healthy functioning.
