Supplying, installation, testing, and commissioning of wall-mounted LT distribution panel suitable for 3-phase, 433 V, 50 Hz AC supply, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel of minimum 2 mm thickness, powder-coated with IP42 protection, comprising one no. 4-pole MCCB of 40 A, 25 kA breaking capacity as incomer, tinned copper busbar rated for 100 A, 6–8 nos. outgoing MCBs (SP/TP) rated 10–32 A for lighting, kitchen, HVAC, and signage circuits, one no. HVAC Shaft - Supply and installation of Fire stop mortar system with minimum 2 hours fire rating in services passing through fire rated walls and floors made of concrete, masonry, metal, gypsum partition when tested in accordance with UL1479 standards, for horizontal openings in floors or slabs after passing service lines like Metal Pipes or Ducts. The mortar shall be a light weight cementitious product and shall carry test certificate in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999- 11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-historymethod and VERTEQII for seismic zone 4. Acrylic fire stop sealant with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479 standards, shall be used along the peripher of ducts & chiller pipes without insulation. Fire intumescent firestop sealant with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479 standards, shall be used along the periphery of ducts & chiller pipes with insulation. The products shall be age tested as per Dafstb and DIBT standards. The products shall carry test certificate for mold resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96. The products shall be UL listed & classified and shall bear the UL approval logo on the packing..Engineering Judgements (EJs) should be used for situations where a tested system is not available. The application to be executed by manufacturer approved firestop contractor, (Ratio of Mortar to sealant can be assumed as 70% & 5% Respectively). Assumed 25% Penetrants Occupancy.
