Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of VANE AXIAL FANS as per specifications stated below. Fan shall be direct driven Vane axial fan AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance as well as FEG). The fan shall be equipped with mounting bracket, inlet guard (If required) & spring isolators for the installation of the fans. Motors shall be VFD Compatible suitable for 415+10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply. Fan static pressure shall be as indicated but actual fan static pressure to be checked by HVAC / MEP Vendor. Supply Fans shall be activated from fire signal from fire alarm system. Fan shall be with fire proof flexible connection at outlet. Motors shall be of minimum IE2 efficiency. Fan total efficiency should not be less than 72% and FEG should not be less than 85, noise level should not be more than 84 dB(A) @ 3m distance when measured in hemispherical reverberant room conditions. Maintenance (Civil, Electrical and PH items) - A) First year- (A) Routine maintenance of all civil structure and sports facilities constructed including labour & materials for all Civil works for 5 years including all types of minor repair of flooring, plastering ,door windows ,celling, coloring the entire structure both internal and external etc as per standard maintenance procedure , codal provision and specifications, special conditions, additional conditions etc. and as per agreement provisions to complete repair work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (B) Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of main LT panels, sub-distribution boards, MCC panels, and control panels, checking of internal wiring circuits for lighting, power, and specialized medical equipment, regular maintenance of internal lighting (general and emergency), corridor and ward lights, and external compound lighting, operation and maintenance of DG sets, automatic changeover panels, and UPS systems for critical medical areas , periodic testing of earthing pits and recording resistance values, replacement of damaged switches, fuses, indicators, damaged wires, damaged light, driver as required. Cleaning of filters, cooling coils, drain trays, checking refrigerant levels, compressor condition, and electrical controls, cleaning of air ducts, grills, and diffusers to maintain hygiene standards and air quality, operation and maintenance of exhaust fans, fresh air units, and ventilation systems in toilets, laboratories, and isolation wards, supply and replacement of consumables like filters, belts, bearings, lubricants, etc., as per schedule. Deployment of qualified and licensed electricians and trained HVAC technicians during working hours as and when required for maintenance or replacement of any equipment. Maintenance of all the internal and external PH services i.e. internal sanitary work, external service lines, water supply work, drainage system, rainwater harvesting system, bathroom. Urinal toilet etc. complete for the building including all pipes, fittings, fixtures testing etc. complete as approved by the department and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
