Mm FRLS PVC insulated single core multistandard copper conductor as earth wire including all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge. . All the switches & sockets should be warrantied for a replacement period of 2 years against defects with ncessary test report & Warrnaty certificate to be submitted to the department for genuinity of product & to avail free after sales service within warranty period for acceptance of materials. NB:All the electrical,Fire fighting,HVAC,ELV drawings, Technical Data Sheets & make will be approved by SE R& B Electrical circle & CE Building ,Odisha ,Bhubaneswar prior to execution of the work. "Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive, centralized Building Management System (BMS) for the Dindigul Bus Terminal (12,070 Sq.m) to integrate and optimize building utilities. The scope of work shall cover the following complete system components: Central Control Station (Head End): Supply of 1 No. Industrial-grade BMS Workstation (PC) with licensed SCADA/BMS Software (Unlimited Tags) for centralized monitoring, alarming, and scheduling; 1 No. Master DDC/PLC Controller (TCP/IP, Modbus/BACnet compatible) capable of handling ~250 I/O points; and Integration Gateways for third-party interfacing with the DG Set, Fire Alarm Panel, and Energy Meters. Lighting & Ventilation Management: Supply and fixing of 30 Nos. Heavy-duty Digital Output Relays/Contactors for zoning control of Bus Bay Lights, High Masts, and Ventilation Fans; 35 Nos. Occupancy Sensors (PIR/Ultrasonic) for auto-switching in Multi-level Parking, Toilets, and Corridors; 4 Nos. Daylight (Lux) Sensors for ambient light-based control of platform lighting; and 8 Nos. Carbon Monoxide (CO) Sensors for demand-controlled ventilation in the Multi-level Parking area. Water & Pump Automation: Supply and fixing of 6 Nos. Ultrasonic Level Transmitters for continuous non-contact level monitoring of OHTs and Underground Sumps (Domestic & Fire); 6 Sets of Pump Status Modules (Digital Inputs) to monitor 'Run/Trip/Fail' status of Fire and Domestic pumps; and integration of flow meters for water audit. Energy & HVAC Monitoring: Supply and integration of 15 Nos. Multifunction Energy Meters (MFM) with RS485 Modbus for Main Feeders, Lighting DBs, and Commercial Shops; and 6 Nos. AC Interface Units (IR/Wi-Fi) for scheduling and temperature monitoring of Split AC units in Waiting Halls and Police Rooms. Cabling & Infrastructure: Supply and laying of approximately 1,500 Mtrs of 3C x 1.5 sq.mm Copper Armoured Control Cable for power/status signals; 1,800 Mtrs of 2-Core Shielded Twisted Pair (RS485/CAT6) Communication Cable for data loops; including all necessary cable trays, conduits, glands, and termination accessories. Commissioning & Documentation: Complete system engineering including Graphic User Interface (GUI) creation, Logic programming (Time-based/Event-based), testing of all I/O points, and handover as per the approved 'Climate Resilient' design intent. Note: The contractor shall provide detailed shop drawings covering the schematic architecture, wiring layout, and device locations and get approval from the Department Engineers/Architects before starting of the execution."
