All the switches & sockets should be warrantied for a replacement period of 2 years against defects with ncessary test report & Warrnaty certificate to be submitted to the department for genuinity of product & to avail free after sales service within warranty period for acceptance of materials..Each lightpoint should have provision for ceiling rose and angle holder point. In all the rooms there shall be two types of switchboard- one for raw and the other one for emergency. The inverter switchboard shall include atleast one fan, one light and one 6A emergency socket. NB:All the electrical,Fire fighting,HVAC,ELV drawings, Technical Data Sheets & make will be approved by SE R& B Electrical circle & CE Building ,Odisha ,Bhubaneswar prior to execution of the work. Refrigerant Piping Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF/VRV system etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with Class O closed cell nitrile rubber as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the HVAC consultant/Client in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the system.(Make : Rajco,Mandev,Totaline,) Insulation Make : K Flex ,Armacell

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of a centralized building Automation System designed to monitor and control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm interface, security interface, and energy management systems to ensure artifact preservation, visitor comfort, safety, and efficient facility operation. The system shall maintain precise temperature and humidity levels suitable for museum galleries through continuous monitoring using industrial-grade sensors and automatic control logic. Lighting control shall be provided on a zone-wise basis with scheduling, dimming, and scene control for exhibition areas. The automation system shall be interfaced with the fire alarm system for safety interlocks and emergency shutdowns, and with security and access control systems for monitoring of restricted and critical areas.
