Providing and Fixing factory fabricated, modular, prefabricated wall/ceiling panels, comprising double-skin panels with front face of Stainless Steel Grade 304 (three zero four) sheet 1.0mm (One point zero millimetre) thick with smooth, antimicrobial brushed/matt finish, and back face of powder-coated galvanized/pre-painted steel sheet (minimum 0.60mm (zero point Six Zero miilimetre)), pressure-injected with PUF insulation (density 40kg/m³ ± 2kg)(forty kilogramme per cubic metre plus minus two kilogramme). All panels to be minimum 50mm(fifty millimetre) thick, with tongue-and-groove or interlocking joinery, sealed with medical-grade silicone for a seamless, hermetically sealed finish. Panels to be fixed on a supporting Stainless Steel-304 (three zero four) sub-structure fixing on plate in one row on one side of joint only shall be done with stainless steel dash fasteners of 8mm dia and 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) long bolt including providing aluminium washers 2mm (Two millimetre) thick & 15mm (Fifteen millimetre) diametre, at a staggered pitch of 200mm (Two hundered millimetre) centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface by providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. and making provision for integrated services (cutouts for medical panels, HVAC grills, lighting, etc.). All material and execution to conform to relevant NABH/ISO standards and manufacturer’s specifications, including SS-304 coving for floor ceiling-wall junctions, and testing, complete in all respects as per design, drawings, and including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
