Deployment of staff for running and operation of MBR BPS with operation of sluice valve, HT Panel , LT panel & pump set etc. staff to be deployed Skilled staff 3 no. and 6 no. Un-Skilled staff Operation of 6 Nos. Pump sets having 290/235 KW,3.3 KV motor including Transformers , HT/LT Panels , switch gears, isolator systems and other allied electrical and mechanical equipment. All maintenance shall be borne on the part of Department. Also covering in the scope of work to render the status of pumping, power failure and level to Engineer –in – charge. Maintaining, hygiene and cleaning of pump house etc. on daily basis. Total Staff Deployed :- (A) Skilled Staff - 3 Nos. (B) Un-Skilled Staff – 6 Nos.

Maintain Water Supply – To maintain water supply from various booster pumping station (LT installation) as per prevalent schedule in break duty hrs (Morning & Evening) as per direction of engineer-in-charge by operating all electrical and mechanical equipment, minor maintenance i.e. filling of gland, greasing, replacement of coupling tyre, operation of UGR intake valve, minor maintenance in LT panel etc. & to maintain proper cleanliness of pump house by deploying of semi- skilled/trained staff, 1 no. in day shift break duty, detail of sites is as under 4 Nos. semi skilled:- 1. De-silting of sewer lines by providing pumping system and temporary bypass arrangements (rising mains) to maintain flow, including removal of silt, sludge and debris using mechanical equipment. The work includes stacking, site cleaning, and safe disposal within municipal limits as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Item also includes all safety measures (gas detectors, ventilation, barricading, lighting, traffic control, signboards), as guidelines laid in IS- 11972 (1987), insurance of workmen, and provision of all materials, labour, tools, plants, temporary power with standby, removal of malba, and all incidental works complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(As per HSR new Haryana GOVT. Cutting and disposal of earth work in by mechanical in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All the surplus excavated earth to be dumped at dumping site(dumping sites will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost). Any loss to the public and private propriety, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.
