Sewer Line Installation and Pressure Plea Installation Installation of HDPE product pipe by HDD method for on grade gravity sewer including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment, preparing new pipe-work material, making of entry and exit pits upto 5.25 meter depth, installing new pipe-work and commissioning system or making the system ready for commissioning by HOD operating including, all related civil and mechanical works like excavation, shoring/ strutting, etc. drilling, stringing, reaming, and pulling back the new pipe-work on the designed bore path alignment, proper disposal of drilling fluid and back fill of site after completion all inclusive as per IndSTT:101-2022: Code of Practice for Horizontal Directional Drilling Technique Suiting Indian Conditions. Note:- Sewer Line Installation requires strict maintenance of grade and alignment of constructed pipeline. Such critical grade and alignment maintenance is possible only through the use of capable tracking and drilling setup. Engineer-in-Charge, prior to permitting use of HDD for sewer line installation, must ensure adequacy of the deployed equipment set. 1. Complete Repairing & Overhauling (Mechanical and Electricals work) of various type VCB along with supply & replacemnt of all types of damaged Mechanical parts including vacuum interrupter etc., T&P etc. for proper completion of work. The repaired circuit breakers will be tested on load. The scrap taken out from ciruit breakers at the time of repair shall be returned to concerned J.E.

Maintain Water Supply – To maintain water supply from various booster pumping station (LT installation) as per prevalent schedule in break duty hrs (Morning & Evening) as per direction of engineer-in-charge by operating all electrical and mechanical equipment, minor maintenance i.e. filling of gland, greasing, replacement of coupling tyre, operation of UGR intake valve, minor maintenance in LT panel etc. & to maintain proper cleanliness of pump house by deploying of semi- skilled/trained staff, 1 no. in day shift break duty, detail of sites is as under:- 1.
