Part B : Mechanical maintenance Non-comprehensive maintenance, inspection of all Barrage & HR gates, Hoisting system mechanical parts, hoistng bridge, periodic oiling & greasing of bearings as stipulated in Technical specification [Annexure-A] & Details scope of work [Annexure-B] to attend schedule maintenance & inspection as per schedule chart to upkeep all mechanical system (excluding SCADA and automation system) healthy including repairing and replacement of damage parts (to be supplied departmentally) and submission of maintenance, inspection report in a defined format and updataion in respective register as per direcion and satisfaction to E.I.C.

Construction, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Secondary Clarifier including clarifier mechanism, guide channel, spindle, shaft, Sludge handling pumps (Re circulation pump) to transfer the sludge to sludge holding tank and to Aeration tank with all accessories etc. complete, with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.

Construction of new cement concrete road width 6 mtr depth 0.15 mtr with C.C. 1:2:4 CM in front main gate/shutter of pump house building (distance 0 to 91 mtr). Before completing of CC road dismantling of old brick work, E/work in digging trenches and then applying brick rora in trenches with proper compaction. Disposal of waste material Disposed 100 m away from the site. All work will be executed as per direction of engineer-in-charge. For completing of all above work material Including like all cost of lead lifting loading, unloading, labour, material and T&P for completion of work shall be provide by bidder at Utraula Pump Canal, Utraula, Balrampur under Modernization Project of Electrical &Mechanical work Utraula Pump Canal, Utraula, Balrampur.

"Platform Merry-Go-Round (Teenager Play Equipment): Providing, supplying, installation and commissioning of Platform Type Merry-Go-Round suitable for teenagers, consisting of a robust structure with central vertical pipe of 50 mm diameter and circular railing made of 25 mm diameter MS pipes. The rotating platform shall be fabricated using MS sheet of minimum 16 gauge with an overall diameter of 150 cm, designed to withstand dynamic loading conditions and continuous outdoor use, complete in all respects. The rotating mechanism shall be supported on 5 heavy-duty deep groove or self-aligning ball bearings to ensure smooth, frictionless and noiseless operation. The entire structure shall be fabricated using mild steel conforming to relevant IS standards, treated with anti-corrosive process including primer and finished with epoxy/powder coating of approved colour suitable for outdoor conditions. The item includes complete erection and installation with cement concrete foundations (paid separately), all fixtures, fasteners, accessories, alignment, testing and commissioning, ensuring structural safety, proper balancing, smooth rotation and compliance with standard playground safety norms, complete in all respects.
