Contract for Mechanical Maintenance of Both Wagon Tippler, AF,DF & S/R-1&2 at Stage-II& III OF CHP, SgTPP(2x500MW+660MW).

Complete Overhauling/ Capital Maintenance Work of Turbine, Generator and Associated Equipment Such as Rotor, Stator, Guide and Thrust Bearings, HS Lubrication System, Brake-Jack System, Generator Stator Air Coolers, Oil Coolers, Draft Tube, Runner, Spiral Casing, Guide Vanes, HMC Governor, Servomotors, OPU, Seals of Various Gates (Penstock, Stoplog and Draft Tube), CGL System, Mulsifyre Protection System and Fire-Fighting System etc. of Uuit-II at Mahi PH-I, RRVUNL, Banswara as per the details given in Scope of Work (Scection - C), Including transportation and Insurance. (A) Supply Portion: Rs. 3,01,75,000.00 (From Annexure I to V) of Scope of Work (Section - C) including transportation and insurance (B) Work Portion: Rs. 3,47,25,000.00 (From Appendix I to V) of Scope of Work (Section - C)

Canopy in Structural Steel Supply, fabrication, erection and handing over of structural steel fabricated canopy [steel structures tentative weight @ 85 Kg/Sqm] with 0.6mm thick Zincalume/galvalume colour coated steel sheets for roof sheeting as per specification, including 0.6mm thk. cold rolled colour coated steel profile sheet of Trac (150F) Pre-Coated Steel false ceiling system, with powder coated finishes as per manufacturers instruction and specification, facia, flashings, Rain Water Pipe, electrical cable pipe & Gutter, including surface preparation by mechanical cleaning including application of one coat of Zinc phosphate primer of DFT 35 microns at shop, second coat of Zinc phosphate primer of DFT 35 microns at site after erection and two coats of finishing paint of synthetic enamel of DFT 25 microns each per coat at site (Total DFT 120 microns). The work is to be completed in all respect as per technical specification of Canopy, scope of work, detailed construction drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (rectangular plan area shall be considered for measurement) 1. The tentative weight of structural steel shall be 85 kg/m2 (only weight of Steel structures elements excluding sheeting and false ceiling) of canopy area. A variation of +/- 15% of structural steel weight shall be deemed included in the item. Any increase/decrease beyond this limit shall attract payment/deduction @ Rs. 80000/- per Tonne. 2. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as structural steel, purlins, nuts, bolts, washers, screws, seals, wire ropes, roof sheeting, flashing, fitting and fixtures, false ceiling system, gutter, rain water pipes, electrical cable pipe and bends, electrodes, edge colour coated sheets (for signage works), primer, paint and all consumables etc. with all bye works and sundry works complete in all respect. 3. Rate to exclude cost of electrical wiring for under lights and Signage works, supply & fixing of all electrical fixtures/materials, signage works & Civil Foundation.

Modification related to electrical and mechanical work for segregation of 110 V DC +ve & -ve at all levels and provision of cage clamp Terminals with Glass fuses for enhanced Fire Safety in LHB EOG AC 2 tier coaches as per CAI no. ED/CAI/033 Dtd. 02.04.2024, (Material required for modification in One coach, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of- (i) Set of Cage 1 Clamp Terminals with Glass fuses for 2 tier as per EDML 230 rev-Nil Tab-2 or latest. (ii) Tube Clamp- PG16 as per RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0138-2009 or latest. (iii) Cable tray as per drawing no. LW44174 Item no.4 (iv) Heat shrinkable, polyolefin, high performance cable sleeve of size 6.4 mm dia, 2-inch length of required colour. (v) 4 Way Socketed couplers as per Drawing no. SKED-947 (vi) Cable Jacket, Item- 5 as per Spec EDTS-138, Corr-2 or latest. (vii) Cable Jacket, Item-8 as per spec EDTS-138, Corr-2 or latest. (viii) Printed ferrules for each end Terminal point for segregated wires.) As per Scope of work.

Balance Civil and Mechanical works of 1.00 MLD Water Treatment Plant including providing and fixing of 11 Nos. doors, 16 Nos. windows, white washing with lime, waterproof cement painting, providing and fixing of MS railing, laying of floor tiles, sanitary and plumbing works, repair of plaster, brick work and allied civil works along with supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical works comprising raw water pumping machinery, motorized butterfly valves with actuators, filter backwash mechanical system, flow measuring devices, chlorine dosing related mechanical arrangements, interconnecting piping, specials, fittings and all other allied accessories complete in all respects including labour, material, carriage, testing, trial run and commissioning as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
