Work Contract for round the clock complete operation and maintenance of Ash handling System of Unit# 5 at (1X500 MW) SGTPS, MPPGCL, Birsinghpur (1st year)

Piping and Mechanical WORKS - PRODUCT , WATER, AIR, N2 PIPING SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR LAYING FABRICATION, ERECTION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF PRODUCT , WATER, AIR, N2 PIPING WORKS LAYING & WELDING OF PRODUCT PIPING (ABOVE GROUND) Laying and welding (3 runs min.) above ground/ below ground pipelines from supplied LTCS of the following sizes as described below, including cutting bevelling and fixing the supplied specials such as elbows, bends, tees, reducers, weldolet, socolet, coupling etc complete and hydrotesting the pipelines at 1.5 times Design pressure for a minimum period of Minimum 30min. The job includes dye penetration (DP) testing of pipeline joints as per approved QAP. Above ground pipeline to be laid through shoe/C-clamp support on concrete pedestals / pipe racks/ shed/ Equipment house and painting the pipeline including the colour coding as per the specifications enclosed. Welding of pipeline should conform to Radiography quality. 100% of the joints for product piping shall be radiographed and the cost of the same will be paid separately as per relevant line item. Note: a. Any repairs to the defective welding shall be made good at no extra cost. Re radiography of repaired joint shall also be at contractor's cost. b. The rates quoted also to include supply and application of painting and colour coding shall be as per Painting specifications (document no-W.004412-G-11097-P005). c. Welding and fixing of Flange and valves shall be paid separately as per schedule of rates indicated elsewhere in this SOR. d. Supply and Installation of Support shoe/ C-clamp, rod, secondary steel etc as per detail Piping GA drawing for the product pipe shall be paid separately as per schedule of rates indicated elsewhere in this SOR. e. Supply and Installation of insulation etc shall be paid separately as per schedule of rates indicated elsewhere in this SOR. f. RM length for payment shall be the installation portion of pipe including fitting of all sizes excluding flange and valves. Installation of flanges and valves shall be paid separately as per schedule of rates indicated elsewhere in this SOR. g. Preparation of documentation (Field quality plan, Fabrication, Isometric drawing from Piping GA, etc) .
