Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect. .

Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas with one coat priming and one coat of approved (above one Sq. Metre) paint (British antesol or equivalent) including supply of all materials, labour, Tools&plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used IS SOR No 645

The underwater hull plating and side shell plating from the keel up to the Load Water Line (LWL) shall be scraped, wire-brushed, chipped, and cleaned to remove rust, scale, marine growth, and loose paint, and then painted with three coats of marine-quality paint as per the approved painting scheme, under the supervision and direction of the IRS/IWT Surveyor and the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).

Lifting-up& Descending down of the Weighbridge Platform for Inspection works/ Refurbishment/ Painting etc. The work involves:- i) Lifting of the entire Weighbridge platform using hydraulic jack/lifting tools to a specified height (upto 1m) as needed for any Mechanical inspections underneath the platform structure. The platform then shall be supported on Blocks/Supports provided by FACT. ii) Removal of all Load cells (max 8 numbers) from the Weighbridge after proper disconnections at the Load cell junction Box. iii) After the inspection & subsequent related works by FACT, descending the uplifted Weighbridge platform using hydraulic jack/lifting tools. All load cells to be fixed back along with proper connections at the junction Box and routing through the cable pipes. The platform shall be descended to a level just above all the Load cell corners as required for further final alignments. iv) Performing calibration check, corner test v) Checking/ ensuring normal functionality . After completion, the weigh bridge should be handed –over to FACT for stamping.

Writing the sign boards / painting Rangolies over M.S.Sheet / C.C. Road etc. with two coats of back ground (one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint) and writing the sign boards with painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.
