3.00 653241.66 equipment supplied as per supply item in item no. 01010400 above of Chapter 1 of this SOR including transportation from Consignee's depot to site. The works and materials for installation, wiring, testing and commissioning, grouting, cutting of floors, walls, refilling of the same, re- plastering, required CC/ masonry works, fixing/ placing/ laying of insulated ladders/ casing-capping/ cable trays/ RCC/GI pipes / Cables, termination of cables with lugs/ connectors, painting/ lettering are to be provided/ done by the contractor for the equipments supplied vide item no. 01010400 of Chapter 1 of SOR. This also covers the networking of built in EI Data loggers of all the stations to monitor the system to any other places where desired by Engineer-in-charge. (THIS ITEM SHALL BE USED ONLY FOR ALTERTION WORK IN EXISTING EI) Note: Installation shall be complied to RDSO Technical Advisory Note No STE/E/TAN/3012 dtd. 28.08.2014. Installation, wiring, programming, testing and commissioning of Operator VDU in Hot stand-by with Redundancy. Any Equipments/cards/Modules required for Hot stand-by with Redundancy shall be supplied and Installed by the Contractor. Note: This also includes supply of Two nos. of composite computer and printer table (Godrej work station table) and one no Godrej make operator chair model PCH7001. Termination of indoor/ PIJF cables in relay room on relays, tag blocks, CT racks as per approved wiring diagram including alterations/ modifications as required at site. Soldering to be done at all required termination. Dressing/ lacing of wiring shall be done neatly with help of dressing thread / plastic self lock strip of suitable size. The tools/ equipments/ materials/ simulation boards required for testing shall be supplied / fabricated by contactor. This includes replacement of modules/ cards/ LEDs/ equipments going defective during testing. Necessary power supply boards with required capacity plugs, sockets, surge and lightning protection boxes shall be supplied and installed by the contractor. 230V supply shall be arranged by Railways. In case supplies are required to be extended, from Power room / relay room then same shall be extended by the contractor with his own materials such as 1X16 sq mm wires, cables, lugs, RCC/GI pipes, insulated ladders etc. After ST/LT testing, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Square Sheet testing system should be fault free while submitting to Railways, otherwise suitable necessary action can be taken by Engineer-in-charge. Inspection: Consignee, Inspection charges: None, Payment terms: 100% after commissioning.

Design and supply of Detailed signalling circuits including Panel diagram (if required), Route section plan, Selection table, Fuse & negative tag. analysis, Contact analysis, Relay rack arrangement and wire count sheets etc. in A3 size. Completion circuit shall be plotted in AutoCAD. The contractor shall initially supply 2 sets of circuits duly signed by the circuit designer having substantial experience on design side for making such circuits, complete for approval of Railways. 15 Railways will return one set of circuit to the contractor duly approved with alterations / corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railway's alterations/corrections in the original tracings & CD without any deviation and submit two copies of the modified circuits. Original tracings so modified & final CD complete in all respects along with 6 sets of final approved circuits (out of which one set shall be supplied in transparent bags. Only two sheets of circuits shall be placed in one bag each) shall be submitted to the Railways in case there are no further alteration suggesged by Railways. Provision of DC Single/ Double rail track circuit to suit RE/ Non-RE areas as per approved signaling plan using Plug-in type track relays. This work includes provision of double bonding, and parallel jumpers, provision of bond wire clips, provision of track lead connections using 2c X 2.5 sq.mm cable, provision of TLD boxes 2 Nos. at Relay end, 2 Nos. at Feed end and 2 No's for parallel jumpers as necessary to suit layouts, for each Track Circuit, and termination of jumpers and 271 tail cables in track lead junction boxes, installation of relays, track feed battery chargers to charge up to 4 cells, track feed resistance, 'B' type choke' and secondary cells - 80 AH capacity in apparatus cases and wiring with wire PVC 3/0.75mm copper. The work also includes painting of track Circuit No. with Feed end/ Relay end details on the TLD boxes. The work also includes provision of insulations for gauge tie plates and nose crossing plates wherever required. (Provision of rail joint insulation is not covered in this schedule.)(Uninsulated gauge type plate and nose crossing plate will be supplied by Railways.
