Supply & Fixing of Heavy Duty Exhaust fans complete with all accessories having the following Model / Cat No. (Make -EPC Electrical Pvt. Lid.) [N.S]

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of bursts and leakages, pollution control, survey and removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection and recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution/ rising main pipelines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM and CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jjointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job, contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering, JCB and tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipeline network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipeline per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department. Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed: (132.68 KM)Providing, lowering, laying in trenches, aligning, fixing in position and jointing Ductile Iron (DI) ISI marked K-7 grade S&S pipes as per IS:8329-2000 (amended up to date), with internal cement mortar lining suitable for potable water with rubber ring (EPDM) joints as per IS: 5382-1985 including all taxes (Central and local), transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/ unloading charges, including cost of labour and material, specials (Tee, bend etc.) satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection, commissioning etc. complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (excluding earth work) Note : Providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately.

Design of distribution network and supply of following dia of ISI marked S & S centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pipes (Class K-7) as per IS : 8329-2000 suitable for push on jointing by compatible rubber gasket confirming to IS : 9523 : 1980 at store including all statutory duties and taxes, third party inspection charges, transit insurance, freight, transportation to store/ site of work, unloading, stacking, including crossing of upto 1.00 M vide nala/drain etc. Carting, lowering, laying and jointing with SBR ruber gaskets D.I. K-7 pipes of following dia & pressure including all specials, to site of work, lowering them into trenches, laying in true alignment and gradient, in proper position, cutting of pipes, making of joints including cost of jointing materials and rubber rings, labour, T&P, including hydraulic testing etc. complete as directed by Engineer - in-charge. It includes provision for making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigate location of various under grounds services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer lines etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated works etc. with supply of all necessary equipment, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work. The trenches shall be properly barricated and fenced off wherever necessary. Red flags and caution boards during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents. Note : Only SBR Rubber gaskets to be used as per IS-5382 and IS- 12820.

Site/External Development Works: Engineering, procurement & Construction of External development works, considering Sustainability factors complete in all respects including: i) Clearance of jungle and shrubs, Tree cutting and Site leveling ii) Security room, Guard room, Electrical substation block (Temporary structure), boom barrier along with Main gate complex iii) Cement Concrete Road Work with reinforcement steel, footpath, parking areas, Retaining walls in fillings and along the buildings. iv) Kerbs, paver blocks for pathways etc v) RCC Drain for the road and service ducts, speed breakers, road markings, reflectors and External Signages vi) Central Underground service reservoir of total capacity of 9 Lakhs Litres (designed for potable water and UGT (Fire: 4 Lakh Litres + Domestic: 2.5 Lakh Litres + Flushing water tanks : 2.5 Lakhs Litres), with pump rooms with pumping system including Civil, electrical, plumbing pumps, firefighting pumps, hydrants, pipelines, water level controller etc. vii) External water supply infrastructure including pump room, transmission mains and distribution network to each building viii) External sewerage works including manholes complete. ix) Storm water drainage works including box drains, catch pits, manholes including covers, culverts, infiltration trench and all associated civil, structural and allied works x) Rain water collection tanks: 2.5 lakh Litres capacity: 2 Nos, including rain water harvesting, recharge pits and all service lines xi) External street lighting system including supply and installation of poles, foundations, solar hybrid LED lighting plus LED street light fittings, control panels, cabling, earthing, junction boxes, brackets, hardware and all associated civil and electrical works xii) Sewage Treatment plant of 350 KLD capacity with SBBR technology complete in accordance with the scope of work and DBR including all pumps etc xiii) Solid waste Management unit – 500 kg capacity xiv) Electrical transformer of capacity 1600 KVA as per technical specs – 2 Nos with all associated civil and other service works xv) Diesel Generator set of capacity 750 KVA as per technical specs – 4 Nos with all associated civil and other service works xvi) Landscape, Hardscape, Horticulture and Irrigation works. All the above works to be executed as per the following documents: a) Volume – I, NIT, GCC, SCC and ACC b) Volume – II, Technical Specifications of Civil, MEP and Services Works. c) Volume – III, Design Basis Reports for all works. d) Volume – IV, Tender Drawings All other allied works including any component necessary for completion, occupation and handing over for functional use of the Project complete as per scope of work, drawings, specifications and terms and conditions of Tender document.
