Sub Head-2-- OUTDOOR light Fittings Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminum body finish with corrosion resistance fasteners (SS hardware) & silicon gasket for proper sealing with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >80%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 hz, Operating temp range 0o to 50o C and working RH 10% - 90%, internal surge protection of 5 KV internal and external SPD min. 10 KV, L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5. The driver rated output wattage should be 10% to 15% higher than lamp rating and at least 2 driver for 200W & above and Driver efficiency >85%, THD 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2 , P. S&F in replacement service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED street light fitting 36 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type, energy saving and environment friendly light fitting with electronic geart housed with high pressure die cast aluminum housing LED street light luminaires complete all as per manufacturer's instructions , with IP66 protection with and including all accessaries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED Light fittings complete including from the certifiy date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manufacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (b) All LED light must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II,16103 Part -I, 16104,16105,16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (c) Scope of work shall include LED Light fittings walls/ceiling which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account. (d) cable for connection from Junction box to street light shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.(e) Street light bracket shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.
