Providing & Fixing of IK08, IP 66 protected LED Street Light Luminaire on existing bracket/pole. Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED/ integrated lens diffuser & should be High power LED of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=125 lm/ wt and integrated metal case potted driver & has a unique BIS R number ( as per IS 15885) with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC & Low Voltage cutoff @>=90 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . LED driving output current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified (Fitting & driver both have separte BIS R number) and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs as required.

(a). Switch ON/OFF the lights & Fans and Check the lights/ street lights/fans and all electrical equipments and the same is put in working condition, any lights/ fans etc., are not functioning the same is to be replace with new one. Note: The materials is to be arranged by the department.

S&F 35 W High efficient LED Street light fitting with pressure die cast Aluminum housing and has lenses specially designed for Street Lighting with polycarbonate cover. System level efficacy of the Luminarie should more than 100lm/W. The color temperature is around 6500 K with a color rendering index of 70. The luminaire is IP:66 protected. It has an electronic driver complaint to IEC safety standards with a power factor>.0.9, voltage variation range 120-270V, THD20%, High and low protection along with a surge protection of 4 KV including provision of 32mm dia GI light grade pipe1.2 meter length bend to shape and necessary clamps etc for fixing the light fittings on wall fixed complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling one ordinary street light/CFL/LED fitting from existing pole and refitting the same on newly erected pole including disconnecting and reconnecting wires.

Taking down and dismantling existing street Light/ Flood Light / post lantern / tube light fittings any type any wattage for repair or replacement of burnt /worn out accessories and refixed in position after repair all as directed. Note :- (i) Accessories only wherever required shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) Labour charges for taking down and repair including minor spares like nuts, bolts , insulation materials & cleaning of area upto one mtr around the street light/ building lights/ Poles shall be deemed to be included in the rate .
