Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=125 lm/ wt and potted driver & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. Manufactures Word Mark/Name Engraved/Embossing on die cast housing to allow traceability/authenticity. Fixture shall be AS PER IS 10322 Complianced.OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. SOLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM: * 30Watt Solar Semi Integrated street light (LED Make:Osram/Philips) * 24AH 12.8V LiFEPO4 Battery with mppt Charge Controller. * 75 Watt solar PV Module. * 1.Supply of 5m height 5 inch dia GI (Average dia tappered from bottom to top) tubular pole and at the bottom one base plate of size 30 x 30 x 5 mm having a through hole of size 14 mm dia at the centre of the ase plate with recuired nut and bolt with pole cap Pole with Light arm and PV Structure. 2.Painting of tubular pole with arms with ant coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and bottom one meter with black paint with supply of paints and labour. 3.Labour charges towards installation of 5 mtr height steel tubular pole including concreting of pole base and couping with supply of concreting materials as per following specification. Planting depth of,1.5 mtr pole pit size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.8 m concreting- 1:4:8 with 4 cm HG metal size and couping of standard size into 40 cm X 40 cm X 50 cm with cement concreting 1:2:4 uaing 20 mm BHCBG chips. This includes the cost of all concreting materials, labour and hire charges of all T&P materials. The pole is to be installed in proper alignment as per the direction of Engineer in charge, and enclosed drawing and specification. Transportation & Installation charge with concrete work.Complete 5 years warranty.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 watt complete with Pressure die cast aluminum housing enclosed with Heat resistant glass cover in frame complete with IP 65 protection and making electrical connection with using copper conductor 23/ 0.0076 round PVC insulated and sheathed three core cable including mounting on pole, complete all as specified and directed. (Make: C&S Cat Part No. LTESSI45WLED or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro/Philips.
