SH:-III- Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Routine maintenance of 5 nos. of 250 LPH R.O. Plant System & 13 nos. of Water Coolers and 2 Nos of 100 LPH RO System i/c 8 mandatory Visit per month (cleaning of All Filters), attending complaints within 24 working hours and replacing the defective parts including Tee, Elbow, PVC pipe with complete overhauling and servicing etc. as required.

Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) on land portion including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi-automatic electrofusion machines, testing the pipeline thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing, aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position into the trenches already made, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and levelling the trenches including all labour charge, hire for appliances etc., complete but excluding cost of pipe and fittings: 63mm Nominal

Pump Set Pump & Motor "Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make open well submersible motor pump set, coforming to IS 8034/2002 and amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star of rated discharge, and Head, with Bronze or Cast SS impeller, Brass Screws and CI FG 200 grade Pump Bowl/ Diffuser with ISI mark. Supplying, fitting and fixing in position G.I. pipes of TATA make for underground works with all necessary accessories,specials viz.socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, short piece etc.including cost of all materials,jointing materials ,cutting pipes,making threads,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed with two coats of painting on G.I. pipes and specials with bituminous paint complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.Payment for painting will be made seperately) (ii) 20 mm dia. medium quality
