Erection of SUBMERSIBLE pumps in borewell labour charges for erection of twin packer duplex tube jet pumps in borewells up to 150mm dia including fixing of suction pipe regulating valves with jet assembly up to a maximum depth of 30m

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work, 25 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Laying HDPE pipes (IS : 4984) on land portion including conveying within initial lead and aligning the pipes, electro-fusion welding using automatic or semi-automatic electrofusion machines, testing the pipeline thus fabricated to suit the hydraulic working pressure and after testing, aligning the pipeline, lowering the pipe in position into the trenches already made, testing the line to suitable pressure with potable water before back filling and levelling the trenches including all labour charge, hire for appliances etc., complete but excluding cost of pipe and fittings: 50 mm Nominal Outer Diameter pipes.

Testing of drinking water sample for servicable borewell No 6,7 and after treated water of filter plant of this stn with under mention test by authorised lab ie, IIT Kharagpur or District water testing laborotory kharagpur, Inda or any Govt. Approved Laboraties :- CHEMICAL TEST :- (a) PH Valve,Temperature,Turbidity,Total hardess (as caco3) mg/l, Alkalinity, TDs ppt. Max,Iron mg/l ,Nitrate mg/l,Chloride mg/l,Residual chlorire mg/l, Fluoride mg/l. BACTERIALOGICAL:- (b) Coliform orgnisms, Faecal coliforms.
