Survey, Soil investigation, Design, Construction and commissioning of Sewerage System in NAGAR PALIKA PARISHAD BETUL area including. 1. Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of sewerage pipeline including construction of manholes and sewer appurtenances with road restoration works complete 2. Providing house sewer chambers and laterals for connecting sewer to consumer sewer lines. 3. Providing House Sewer Connection for approximately 17655 Nos including construction of collecting chamber, Public toilets, and institutions etc. 4. Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 3 Nos Intermediate Sewage Pumping station IPS-1 of capacity of 4.97 MLD, IPS-2- 5.38 MLD and IPS-3 - 4.03 MLD with pumping systems including all necessary civil, electromechanical and instrumentation works complete for successful completion of the project. 5. Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 1 no. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 16.0 MLD with main pumping station (MPS) including all necessary civil, electromechanical and instrumentation works complete for successful completion of the project. 6. Supply installation testing commissioning of complete Electromechanical system. which includes but not limited to suitable rating of Transformer, DG Set, substation, HT & LT transmission line, All pump motor set, all HT (VCB Panel), LT panels, all VFD’s & starter panels, APFC panels, EOT & mechanical cranes, all pipes and fittings, all valves (mechanical and motorized), earthing, cable tray arrangement etc. in line with CPHEEO requirement, complete in all respect. for intermediate pumping station and Sewage treatment plants. 7. Preparation of maps of proposed sewerage network and property connection to be laid under the contract with GIS mapping. 8. Supply installation testing and commissioning of PLC- SCADA and OCEMS for monitoring and controlling of sewerage system as per requirement of NGT guideline and PCB norms. 9. Supply installation testing commissioning of complete instrumentation system applicable for STP area and IPS area as per CPHEEO manual and system requirement. 10. Operation and Maintenance of the scheme for 5 years and 5 years defect liability after successful commissioning of scope of complete works.

Total Price for CAPITAL OVERHAULING OF TURBO-GENERATOR OF UNIT#3 (210MW) AT NTPC-KAHALGAON STPS, BIHAR (SAY JOB-A), CAPITAL OVERHAULING OF TURBO-GENERATOR OF UNIT#1 (210MW) AT NTPC-KAHALGAON STPS, BIHAR (SAY JOB-B), RESTORATION WORK INVOLVING TOP BAR REPLACEMENT EITHER FOR U#3 OR U#1 OF TURBO-GENERATOR DURING OVEHAULING (AS REQUIRED) AT KAHALGAON STPS, NTPC, BIHAR (SAY JOB-C). ’DETAILS AS PER TENDER.

Supply and Pushing of MS casing pipe of specified thickness by trenchless method adopting micro-tunnelling or any suitable mechanical technology or technology approved by Railway below ground at all depth under running traffic condition as per railway standard including carrying out survey work at the job site for determining underground cable trenches like telephone, cable, water & sanitary lines and resistivity test for finding the soil strata using necessary equipment’s for completion of works, mobilizing of machineries and specialized crew at the job site complete in all respect, including excavation of driven pit and exit pit (upto 3 Mtr depth) with proper protection at three sites with shoring sheets and ISMB's. Providing MS cutting edges for front shield and Constructing thrust bed at designated level. Necessary de-watering and providing concrete foundation at the base of the driven pit, PVC/Rubber saddle as per the requirement of Railway Authority, crane for handing of pipe and any other machinery, tools, and tackles required, construction of temporary works as per requirement and as per approved by railway authorities, specification and the direction of the Engineer. (Protective coating/ lining if done that will be paid extra) Note- 1. Manual Pipe jacking is not permitted for worKmen safety reasons. 2. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers.
