Preparation of DPR of sewerage work including conducting topographical survey by Total station. NOTE: Due to constraints of e-portal 1.Tentative cost of DPR in crore shown in quantity column. 2.Bidder has to quote his rate for DPR preparation in the form of rupees for each crore of DPR cost in rate column (Consultancy charges will be admissble to consultant only on net cost of DPR excluding GST, Centage charges, Contigencies charges, O&M work, Deposit work by other department.) 3.Amount worked out in the amount column will be total amount to consultant assuming that cost of DPR is 20.00 crore.

Material, labour & other T&P required for de-watering & desludging along with complete cleaning work for sewage or drainage sump/well area all as per existing any type/size any shape and installed at various existing location. Before starting of work on sump blocking of main entry point of all receiving of sewage /drainage water of sump and also providing / making temporary suitable size & capacity of pump motor with piping arrangement for lifting of blocked storage water systems and after carried out of work on sump like removing and taking out of unwanted non perishable items i.e polythene bags , PVC scrap, PVC bottles, wooden pieces etc and other floating material and after de-watering of sump storage dirty muddy /sewage water including cleaning & removing and taking out of all type of wet sewage sludge format/wet muddy format from the inside area of sewage/drainage sump/well with having nos of sump portions /chambers and holes & grid chambers alongwith cleaning/opening & removing of it connected blocked inlet and outlet pipe line systems etc any type /size/dia etc and cleaned upto bottom level of sump/well or with max satisfaction level of Engrs In Charge and also cleaning and removing of unwanted deposit soil material and vegetation from the out side top floor/roof of the sump/well area etc and after disposal off all material with wet sludge/muddy format and floating material etc and to buried direct on ground by manually or mechanically system. The sludge has to be disposal off at a place away from distance not less than upto10 mtr and carried out direct buried on under ground or where all as specified & decided and directed. Locatation of cleaning of sewage sump/well area at Chinar sump near by MES colony, 'R' Centre sump and Main sewage sump at STP area.

V. Infrastructure Facilities for 4.50 MLD STP: Complete site development, including onsite infrastructure facilities (within the premises) yard lighting , CC Road 3.5m wide, construction of the peripheral Compound Wall with Chain Link Fencing and MS Gate, and offsite (linking) infrastructure facilities external electrification, necessary power connections, transformer, and metering Providing external water supply connection at STP, Approach road 5.5m wide with 1m shoulders on either side along with Rising Main for peak flow rate as per CPHEEO specifications/ Guidelines, with screen channel, including effluent disposal arrangement/clear water pump station & electrical substation incl transformer. The selection of sewage treatment plant criterion will be guided by the least life cycle cost and latest effluent discharge standard. The plant shall include the complete civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation components including on-line Continuous Effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) for Treated effluent at the site and shall ensure that the discharge standards as per design parameters are met as per proposed technology (all Civil, E&M Components) including DG Set, electromagnetic flow meters (at Inlet &outlet), Servo Voltage stabilizer (AVR) of required capacities and scope of work and design shall be based on sound engineering and prevalent norms. All necessary infrastructure connected with STP shall have to be got designed and vetted from reputed Government Institute viz IIT Jammu /NIT Srinagar/Govt Engg College Jammu. The scope shall also include all taxes, lift and leads complete. STP will have SCADA system so that whole plant can be operated from control room & linked to all IPS at one point and all relevant information is available in control room at any given point. etc complete item of work as per standard specification &tender. Special Condition of Contract (SCC) Design & Drawing Submitted by the Contractor& Approved by Competent Authority As directed by the Engineer in Charge.
