It includes Interception and Diversion works of all existing drains, conveyance network and establishment of Centralized/ De-centralized Sewage Treatment Plant(s) based on open technology, inclusive of 5 KLD Co-Treatment facility for Fecal Sludge/ Septage, ensuring the final effluent parameter strictly complies with the National Green Tribunal (NGT) latest guidelines i.e. BOD10mg/l, TSS 20mg/l, Nitrogen-Total10mg/l, Total Phosphorus 1mg/l, Fecal coliform100 MPN & COD50mg/l The cost includes cost of Civil, E&M and instrumentation works in suitable foundation for I&D, conveyance network, STP(s) with inlet chamber, pre-treatment units (including one stand-by unit), Primary/ Secondary Treatments, Disinfection, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity/pumping (as required), Sludge Thickening, Sludge dewatering units with necessary piping work with valves, gates, drains, pathways etc. all complete as turnkey job. The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, level sensors, PLC/SCADA Automation and required instrumentations including IP based CCTV during construction. The cost shall also include required power DG sets, Electric Substation, Transformers and foundation, pumps and Control Panels, SCADA & Meter room, Administrative building cum Laboratory cum Store room, boundary wall 1.8 m high with main gate wicket gate & other required buildings) and disposal of treated effluent, with all other associated works at Badhni Bazar Nagar Panchayat District Siddharthnagar, U.P, India.

Building STP components including an inlet chamber, pre-treatment units components including an inlet chamber, pre-treatment units (including one standby unit), Primary/Secondary Treatments, and Disinfection units. Setting up Sludge Thickening and Sludge dewatering units ensuring the final treated effluent strictly complies with the latest National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines (BOD10mg/l, TSS20mg/l, Nitrogen-Total 10mg/l, Total Phosphorus 1mg/l, Fecal coliform100 MPN & COD50mg/l).Executing necessary piping work including valves, gates, drains, and pathways. Setting up mechanisms for the disposal of treated sewage and effluent by gravity/ pumping. Constructing an Administrative building cum Laboratory cum Store room, and a SCADA & Meter room. Erecting a 1.8 m high boundary wall equipped with a main gate, wicket gate, and other required buildings. Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Installing flow meters at the inlet, outlet, and bypass, alongside level sensors.Implementing PLC/SCADA Automation and required instrumentation. Setting up IP-based CCTV for monitoring during the construction and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) periods. Providing necessary power infrastructure, including DG sets, an Electric Substation, Transformers with foundations, pumps, and Control Panels. Testing,Commissioning, and Handover Completing successful testing, commissioning, and a 3-month trial run of the facilities. Handing over all completed works to the concerned department/Urban Local Body (ULB). Coveringa defect liability period of 12 months for Civil works and 24 months for E&M works.
