Production of packaged drinking water on 8 hours per shift basis of R.O. based fully automatic drinking water bottling plant with an hourly Production capacity 3600 bottles of 200 ml/500 ml capacity at Kalyaneswari Water Treatment Plant, Asansole by providing sufficient skilled machine operator for pet Blowing machine (1 No.). Rincing filling capping machine (I No.), labeling machine & batch code machine (1 No.), shirnk wrapping machine (1 No.), water treatment plant (1, No.). High pressure Compressor, Low pressure Compressor, Chiller and Cooling tower (1 No.). Assistant operator cum helper for despatch of finished product to ware house (1 No.), skilled person for Stock keeping aranging of finished product at ware house upto delivery point and data report generation through automation system (1 No.) Skilled person for stock keeping arranging of finished product at wire house upto delevery point and data report generation through automation system. [1 No.] Security guard (1 No.) per shift including providing necessary personnel for guarding arrangement round the clock. The Agency will provide sufficient man power for smooth operation security of the bouling plant as directed by E.I.C. This does not include any spares and raw materials for operation and maintenance of the bottling plant.

Operation including supervision & transshipment of 2,000 Ltrs. / hour capacity Truck Mounted Mobile Treatment Unit (R.O. Process) along with pouch making machine for treating flood water after bottling in a pouch (capacity 500 ml) including arranging operator & helper for machine unit and Driver for truck unit as directed by E.I.C. [rate includes wages, bonus, sundries, site expenditure profit etc Pouch making machine operator and helper should be provided with Gumboot and Apron (once in year)] period 12 months.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below :- (a) preapration of concrete surfaces as directed (b) M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg, of cement per square metre complete all as specified & directed . (c) Preparation of roof surface by brushing cleaning and M&L for applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (d) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (e) Applying a hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (f) Laying polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm.
