Supply & Planting of shady plants ( Neem. Peepal, Goolar, Jamun, Imli or other specified) along road side including the following activities:- (i) Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage. (ii) Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 1.50 Mtr. (iii) Supply of dry manure(Farm yard manure organic) (iv) Supply of Insecticides. (v) Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones. Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 1.5 Liter per plant after planting (vi) Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meterr below ground. Bottom two courses laid dry and top three couses in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courseses being in dry honey comb masonry. As per design complete. (vii) Watering to plants (viii) Maintance of plants by the contractor including pits, preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc & application of insecticiedes etc. & security. If the plant die during maintence contractor has to rplace same heingh plant at his own cost.

Waterproofing of wet areas ( Concrete/ Masonary Surface ) and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, Bathrooms, toilets, balconies, planters etc with high performance polymer modified cementitionous coating ( DR. FIXIT FASTFLEX / Equivalent ) to provide tough film build-up and highly elastic film formation, which accommodates thermal movements so as to provide seamless coating without any joints to prevents water leakage. The scope of work also includes surface prepration and cleaning, washing and removing dust,dirt and loose particles from concrete / masonary surface complete in all respects.

Earth work in excavation for storage and sedimentation tanks, high level tanks, filter beds, clear water reservoirs, pump houses, sumps, screening chambers and other similar works having straight or open cuttings in foundations trenches etc. with 3D Excavator/ JCB including manually dressing of bed, trimming of sides and side slopes to full dimension and depth as shown on the drawings or as shall be required by Engineer-in-charge, including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the excavation and subsequent filling around plinth/structures including watering dressing and disposal of surplus soils as directed upto 15 metre complete in all respects.
