No. This tool places an image of your handwritten signature and company seal on the pages, the way you would sign and stamp printed tender documents. E-procurement portals that require a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate still need you to sign with your DSC when you submit the bid.
Yes. Open Advanced options to choose any of nine positions on the page, set the size with a slider (20% of the page width by default), change the distance from the edge, and pick which pages to sign: all pages, the first, the last or a custom range such as 1-3, 7.
Sign on plain white paper, take a photo in good light and add it. The paper and shadows are removed automatically. Use Crop to cut away anything around the signature, such as the edge of the page.
Protected PDFs that open without a password are signed directly; for PDFs that need a password to open, enter it next to the file. The signed copy is saved without the password. PDFs that already carry a digital signature are signed by adding a new revision, so the original signature stays valid for the original version.
