Battery charger and discharging panel : "Supply and commissioning of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Controlled IGBT based AC to DC rectification (converter) with Active power factor correction with fine control on voltage regulation, ripple, THD and improved efficiency with re-generative feature suitable to provide float charging and boost charging of Ni=Cd battery 199Ah/110V capacity.The technical specifications are as per enclosed annexure.

The brief scope of work covers as follows the high pressure valves and filters should be as per required technical specification & IS standard. Arrangement of Tools and tackles to carry out the work. Dismantling the old damaged high-pressure valves and filter blocks. Recording existing distance between the flanges, new high-pressure valves and filter set assembly and simulation before fabrication. Installation of new high-pressure valves and filter units to match the inlet and outlet flanges by fabrication with gaskets & bolts. Leak proof tightening of new high pressure valves and filter units with high tensile bolts & fixtures. Cleaning the new high-pressure valves and filter units after fabrication and coating with primer and recommended paint. Welding, gas cutting, drilling flange holes, lifting, lowering, dismantling, fixing are covered with scope of work and contractor should arrange for the required equipments, lifting tools, tackles, ropes, spanners and safety gadgets and insurance for the labourers technicians deployed for the works. Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, replacement and retrofitting of 16 Nos. 25HP, 415 V, 3 phase, 50Hz fully automatic soft starter units for Governor oil pump motors with over current, short circuit, phase loss, phase reversal, locked rotor protection along with associated contactors and components without altering the existing wiring scheme, with all the existing interlocks, protections and commissioning of the system at work site. The 25HP drive used in Soft Starters shall be of Make ABB/ Siemens / Schneider with 25HP drive of Model PSTX45-600-70 or equivalent and the supplied model should have interchangeability of parts and easy inventory management so as to suit the existing Governor oil pump starter panels. Since, the existing old star delta panels installed at SGS are equipped with contactors, fuses, isolator switching units and the same need to be replaced and retrofitted to soft starter panel. Replacement & retrofitting of 16 nos. new soft starters for 25 HP Governor oil pump motors of Make ABB/ Siemens / Schneider with 25 HP drive of Model PSTX45-600-70 or equivalent are as per Detailed Technical Specifications and Scope of Work/Supplies are as per Section-III of tender documents attached.
