Replacement of Steel Valves (Butt Welded) :- Valve replacement which is installed on steel pipe line network Activity shall be carried including transportation, old pipe/valve to / from MNGL store., loading, unloading of the valve to the site, excavating the trench for new valve installation, dewatering and cleaning of pit or trench, Painting, R-95,Welding the section for valve assembly, NDT, DPT, joint coating holiday testing, laying, cleaning section by pneumatic pressure, hydrotesting of valve assembly, closing the valves of both sides of the work place. if the tapping in between the section same to be close. venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging, Re-installation of purge valves (wherever required), barricading the site with sign boards, cutting the line from both ends of existing pipeline/valve section, surface and bevel preparation, DP checking and welding the pipe with the new section, NDT(Radiography, UT,) MPT coat and wrap for golden joints, Holiday testing, laying of warning mat and back-filling the same etc. Drying of the section if required & construction of valve chamber by RCC Grade M:20 (water proof Chamber) Pre-cast/Steel cover with necessary fabrication (50Ton load capacity). Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning of the complete section work as directed by OWNER EIC. Contractor to arrange all necessary equipment, pipe line fittings, consumables, manpower with PPE's, Fire extinguishers, Fire fighting services of local corporation as required etc. to complete the job. After Completion of the job all related documents to be submitted. Job shall be carried out as per ASME B 31.8/ API 1104. Transportation, Pneumatic testing, Nitrogen Purging, Hydrotesting, Flushing, Swabbing, Drying and NDT etc.

Fabrication, galvanising and supply of Mild Steel of Station structures, Mounting Structures, Tubular Lightning Mast & Station Yard Light Structure (excluding Bolts & nuts)-Total Weight

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing of expansion joint suitable for fixing in specified size of MS/CI line manufactured by fabrication using Class ‘C’ heavy variety M.S. non galvanized pipes of Preferred make as per I.S. 1239-1979 of dimensions as shown in drawing no. 1410/1 including providing & welding front & rear flanges having uniformly spaced eight nos 22 nb holes for providing & fixing large nut bolts including cutting the pipes at site for proper fixing, turning of expansion joint, as required for proper fixing complete as per the code of practice of water supply in building of IS: 2065-1972, including testing the pipes and fittings for 16 kg/cm2 pressure with a minimum period of 2 hrs. duration, including laying at all levels including cost of all hoisting mechanism, tools & tacles,painting 2 coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on all exposed portion of expansion joint etc complete generally as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification
