A. Topographical Survey (Fixed Rate) [Quantity in Km)

Topographical survey by using Total station / DGPS Equipment (as per direction of Engineer In-charge) with a view of preparing Plan by closing Traverse specially Land Survey contour required Interval with 10 mt to 15 mt grid and every 50 cm hight interval of Following Different areas Including outlines of civil structures (permanent and temprary),Boundary Wall, Wire faincing & main physical features Such as Tree, Classification of Existing width of Road, Center line and Divider/Footpath or also Revenu Roads such as NH,SH,MDR,ODR & any other Road, River, Pond, Well, STP, Canal, Drain, Culvert and Draw lawlaying area of water, Govt. Buildings, Temple Campus, Gas pipe line, Petrol pumps, Power line. H.T. Line, Electric Poles, Telephone Pole, Boundary walls and Distance From Existing Position of Railway Line or Limit and border of railway, true north direction, Exiting Muttam and as per forest gajat notification kml forest demarcation line marking as required,RICCO, Railway, Housing Board, Nagar Nigam, Army contomnent Board, Airport Authority, NHAI, Oil Depo., Gas Godown, CRPC, Explosive Department, etc.(which in 2 km aera) all complete. Taking Plinth level at all important structure by using Total station machine including all modifications as per direction of Engg. Incharge Total Station survey with Khasra superimpose and already approved layout plans of ADA,PT survey, Singal Patta, Ada scheme area with khasra number and width of Ada approved Gair-mumnkin and Master Plan Roads and reference to BM. submission of three sets of print. All above detail including level on a suitable scale on A0 Sheet. At Various Places A.D.A. Ajmer land.

i) Key plan on 100 m grid and contour plan ( C.I =2.0m) on the scale 1:15000 (Detailed Topographical survey & contour plan (C.I = 1.0m) on 30mx30m grid at the scale 1:1000 Surveyed and prepared with the help of total station & shall be presented in auto CAD as Soft copy along with prints.

निविदाधारकाने कर आकारणी करण्याकरीता नगरपरिषदेने निश्चित केलेल्या वार्डप्रमाणे व मिळकतीप्रमाणे आज्ञावली अद्यावत करणे करमुल्यांकनाच्या प्रक्रीयेकरीता निविदाधारकाच्या सहाय्याने करण्यात आलेल्या मालमत्ता सर्वेक्षणाचा डाटा मिळकतीचे मजले, बांधकाम वर्ष, वापर, बांधकाम क्षेत्रफळ, करपात्र क्षेत्रफळ, खुल्या भुखंडाचे क्षेत्रफळ ,अनधिकृत बांधकामाची नोंद व या व्यतिरिक्त सर्वेक्षणादरम्यान संकलन केलेल्या माहितीचे संगणक आज्ञावलीत अद्यावतीकरण करणे. नगरपरिषदेद्वारे करमुल्यांकनाकरीता दरपत्रक किंवा भांडवलीमुल्य आकारणी करीता मुल्यांकन यादी पुरविण्यात येईल. याप्रमाणे करयोग्य मुल्य किंवा भांडवली मुल्य पद्धत या दोन्हीपैकी जी पद्धत नगर परिषद सुचविल त्याप्रमाणे आकारणी करणे . करमुल्यांकनाच्या कामाकरीता निविदाधारका मार्फत संगणक आज्ञावलीत अद्यावतीकरण झाल्यानंतर मा.मुख्याधिकारी यांनी सुचविल्याप्रमाणे व नियमाप्रमाणे प्रत्येक मिळकतींची मिळकत कर आकारणी पत्रक, डिजिटल मिळकतीचा नकाशा, मिळकतींचा स्थानासहित(GIS आधारित) फोटो रंगीत मुद्रण करून नगर परिषदेला सुपुर्द करणे, नगर परिषदेने सुचविलेल्या नमुन्यामध्ये प्रारुप कर मुल्यांकन यादी वार्ड नुसार पुरविणे. नगर परिषदेने दिलेल्या नमुन्यामध्ये मिळकत धारकांना सुधारित करमुल्यांकनाबाबत पुर्वसुचना नोटीसेस रंगीत प्रतीत प्रिंट करून त्या आपलेमार्फत संबंधित मिळकत धारकांना पोहोच होतील या दृष्टीने लागू करणे . प्रारूप करमुल्यांकन यादीवर आलेल्या आक्षेपाची तक्रार नोंदवही तयार करणे, सुनावणीस मिळकत धारकास आमंत्रित करण्याची नोटीस मुद्रण करणे व . प्रारूप यादीवर प्राप्त आक्षेपांच्या सुनावणी मध्ये देण्यात आलेल्या निर्णयाप्रमाणे सुधारित कर आकारणी नोटीस प्रिंट करून देणे व सुधारित करमुल्यांकन प्रमाणे संगणक आज्ञावलीत अद्यावतीकरण करुन नगर परिषदेने दिलेल्या नमुन्यामध्ये अंतिम करमुल्यांकन यादी वार्ड नुसार नगरपरिषदेला आवश्यक स्टेशनरी व बायडिंग सह पुरविणे
