"COMPLETE WORKS FOR TAP-OFF POINTS (NOT PART OF SV STATION COMMON VALVE CHAMBER) Works at Future Connections:Complete works of design, engineering, installation of all piping, valves, fittings at all depths insid e the pit in all types of terrains and soils/Strata. Installation of TEE of required size in mainline for tap-off. Receiving and taking over, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of all Owner supplied materials i.e. extended/normal stem , butt welded, sectionalizing ball valve, other types of valves, line pipes for mainline from Owner's designated place(s) of issue t o work site, Supply & installation of contractor supplied items like pipes, fittings & valves for piping of size below 4"" dia (exce pt 2” valves which are free issue), supply of all consumables, materials, manpower and carrying out all mechanical works of undergr ound and above ground piping including fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing of welds by radiography or Ultrasonic Test ing, root DPT in case radiography is not possible, weld repairs/ retesting, cleaning/ flushing, pre-hydrotesting & hydrostatic testi ng, dewatering, functional testing, pneumatic/ high pressure nitrogen seat & seal test as per API 6D, cutting of mainline and beveli ng (if required), tie-in of valve assembly, including radiography of tie-in joints and Ultrasonic testing of Golden joints, supplyin g and applying corrosion coating like R-95 for protecting bare piping inside valve chamber and external painting as required. Installation of instruments like pressure/ temperature instruments/ gauges, provision for tubing to the actuator in future if requir ed. Obtaining all statutory clearances, approvals and permissions for the works (wherever required). All civil works including excavation of pit, piping supports including all PCC and RCC works for pedestals with insert plates as re quired, including with supply of all material and finishing, clean up and restoration of site, filling and grading of area around valve station for avoiding any local flooding of area and as per specification and instructions of Owne r/Owner's representative. Preparation of as-built drawings, documents and project records and performing all works as per drawings, specifications, other prov isions of Contract document and instructions of Engineer-in- charge."

100.37.11.5:Grinding cut and weld edges of 400mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes during fabrication work including all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

Carriage of murrum, building rubbish, earth work by mechanical means including loading and unloading etc. Cumplete with 0.50 km lead.

Earth work by mechanical / manual means in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and for all lift: All kinds of soil
