Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock pump set conforming to IS 9079 , 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of 3000 RPM with requisite MOC impeller, priming funnel, cock, suitable flanges at suction and delivery side. Pump shall have common shaft for pump and motor. Motor shall be suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply. Motor shall be TEFC type and Pump set shall be suitable for working at various discharge and head requirements as per scope of work. Pump shall be erected on C.C. foundation / cross channels / RSJ frame block with suitable foundation bolts grouted in C.C. foundation block etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in-charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD.

Assistance in General checking and servicing of BOP auxiliaires of turbine side inside the plant along with attending day to day defects and preventive maintenance of BOP area of 2x250 MW Units, Turbine side auxiliaries of PH-II/III of STPS Sarni
(i) General checking of Various pumps including CW Pumps, clarified reservoir pumps including CT make up pump wash pumps etc, their valves along with their necessary day-to-day maintenance works. (ii) Attending of day-to-day leakages from various media, storage tanks and suction discharge lines of the BOP system by welding/ replacement of gasket etc. Work pertaining to cooling tower. (iii) General checking/ servicing of pumps, blowers/ vessels of DM Plant and various components of PT plant. Filling of filtering media, replacement of nozzles, replacement/ repair of diaphragm and other valves. Attending various leakages and necessary repair/ maintenance works. (iv) Supply of manpower for daily inspection & routine maintenance work of Turbine side auxiliaries (i.e. WT Plant-II/III, CW pump House-II/III, Hydrogen Plant-III, Dewatering Pump-II/III, Air conditioner-II/III, Blower System-II/III etc.) for both TM-II & III.
