a.Establishing 2x150MVA 220/66kV & 1x12.5MVA 66/11kV Sub-station at Vemagal in Kolar taluk & District. b.Construction of 17.817km of 220kV DC Line with Drake conductor from existing 400/220kV Kolar HVDC (PGCIL) Substation to proposed 220/66/11kV Vemagal substation. c.Construction of 2.638km of 66kV DC Line with Drake conductor from proposed 220/66/11kV Vemagal sub-station to LILO the existing 66kV Vemagal - Talagawara S/C Line. d.Strengthening of existing 15.935km of 66kV Vemagal IA-Talagawara SC Coyote line by SC Drake line alongwith LILO portion to existing 66KV Kyalanuru sub-station. e. Construction of 8.83km of 66kV DC Line with Panther conductor from existing 66/11kV Nandagudi S/S to proposed 220/66/11kV Vemagal sub-station using 110kV towers. f. Supply & installation of OFC integrated access device 1U height or1.5 U height/19" rack mountable for LVCD/Digital Axle Counter purpose with four tributary slots & four potential free contacts to know quad status , front panel Quadindication status vide LEDs, Optical support vide four SFP ports upporting TDMoIP, CESoPSN,SAToPin the unit supporting dual core OFC or single core as required and Four 100/1000 mbps Ethernet port (all ports POE ) for surveillance/smoke detector, 15 VOIP control phone , optical SFP ports provided distance support to be 20 KMs, unit to support two E&M card supporting four 2W/4W configurable & four quad port 2W/4W. Each port configurable to support axle counter/UFSBI/ control phone/EC/RTU and one telnet/SNMP port, unit to support Four E1 ports in addition to Four SFP ports of TDMoIP,CESoPSN, SAToP dual DC power supply 18 to 72 VDC support , unit to support change over mechanism automatic between E&M (V.21) to E1 port & optical fiber TDMoIP (SFP) & quad path for E&M interface option,one number cable to be provided along with E&M. Equipment should be able integrate with STM E1 & IPMPLS 1 Gbps ports ; unit to support complete cross-connect of inputs vide 1G Ethernet uplinks or E1 as desired and for networking among them FABIO 2CX+/OFC/ DC & module 2W/4W four port E&M (1+1) protection .
