1.00 7963.98 joints of 3 pairs, measuring 6.5m each, duly removing rails of the existing track including cutting & drilling of rails as required for isolating LWR/CWR on all types of track structure. Work will be done under traffic block condition. Note: 1.Each set comprises of 3 pairs of rails 6.5 m long only. 2.Only Rails fish plate and fish bolts will be supplied free by Railway within free lead of 250m. SER-CONST-HQ-ENGG/SOUTH EASTERN RLY Fixing Joggled Fish Plates with bolt / clamp (supplied by Railway from nearest SSE Store) in running track conditions at welds on rail, as directed by engineer in-charge (drilling of holes in rail, if required, shall be paid separately).

Rate Shall Include All costs associated With Arranging The 65mm Gauge Machine, Crushed Track Ballast Loading And Leading By Road To The Railway Loading Point, Unloading The Ballast From Trucks And Loading The Same In Railway Bobyn(Or Equivalent) Wagons And Levelling Of Loaded Ballast In Wagon And Transportation Of Loaded Ballast Through Railway Network And All Other Applicable Tax And Royalty.

Maintenance of Track Mounted Equipments like S&T fitting on turnouts including different activities during BCM/TTM/UNIMATE machine works as follows: Specially opening and refixing of DC Track circuit jumpers / Axle Counter transducers during different Engineering Works.Opening of DC Track circuit / Axle Counter transducers digging work from rail toTLJB / TMU/ 19 Location is required to be done as per site requirement also after refixing of DC-Track circuit / Axle Counter transducers needs to be buried in proper depth. It includes drilling hole in rail as per site requirement. The team to be provided for this work should comprise of: Fitter -1 Nos., Blacksmith -1 Nos., Mason /Carpenter - 1 Nos.and Helpers - 5 Nos.also it includes any work of Electrical operated lifting barriers (EOLB) or sliding boom and earthing arrangement of Signalling gears. Any other work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P & jigs required to execute the work will be supplied by the contractor. (NOTE: THE UNIT FOR THIS ITEM MAY BE READ AS "PER DAY PER TEAM")
