Set JHANSI DIVISION-ENGG/NORTH CENTRAL RLY Assembling on temporary staging and insertion of all types of switches including TWS on prepared ballast bed during traffic block, manually or by contractor's cranes, at specified location with 52Kg / 60Kg rail section on PSC sleepers with Railways rails/sleepers available within 250m as per standard drawing, duly leading sleepers, rails, switches, fastenings etc. including rail cutting, drilling, fixing of all components, fittings etc. with housing of tongue rails as per requirement of signaling etc. including preparation for operation of traffic block, including crossing of track, filling and spreading of ballast in crib and shoulder as required, linking with existing track, attending track parameters including lifting, providing one round of packing to make track fit for 20 kmph speed lubrication of fittings/fastenings, complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. Note: Required P.Way fittings shall be supplied at the SSE/P.Way stores.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtr. wide at bottom as per RDSO sketch No. SDO/CABLE LAYING/003, issued vide RDSO document no. RDSO/SI/G/2010 Version 1.1 dated 04.02.2014 or latest, alongside the track in normal soil/strata (including soft rock), conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling and ramming of 08 loose soil. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on North Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case 1.2 m depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, specific approval of JAG/SG Officer will be required for each site where trench depth of 1.2m is not possible, only after approval of JAG/SG Officer proportionate payment can be done. Dismantling steel from existing FOB/COP and MT staircase and taking away released scrap 24288.00 including labour, material, cranes, tools and plants, fuel etc. The work shall be carried out during traffic block including special mega block on Holiday/National Holiday. Rate shall be inclusive of hiring of cranes and other machineries, tools and plants, etc. required for dismantling, (Contractor has to deposit the amount with Railway and the dismantled steel will be contractor's property).
