M&L for disconnection of burnt/defective motor from foundation/coupling, transportation to civil workshop for opening the motor and cutting/removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make. Insulating the winding with same class of insulation. Supply and replacement of base foundation incl nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting the pump for testing the motor and re installation at site after repair of electric motor, 3 phase, 415 volt 50 Htz AC for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacities and make of motors including demolition of existing bed of the motor after lifting and M&L for providing new PCC bed for respective motor as per existing old size incl making certain cemented platform works complete all as specified (The item rate is inclusive of new foundation bolts) :-
