1) Pipe Line Water Supply Scheme At Bramhapuri Tq Mehkar Dist Buldana

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of galvanized steel flanged pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO 3183-2007 or latest up to date amendments Grade L360 or X52 Thickness 4.8 as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4m - 6m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick sas per IS: 2712-1965 & 95% butt welded joints by considering minimum three layers. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face + one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches, MS flanges and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for seprately) . The pipe shall have zinc coating as per IS:4736 in factory latest with upto date ammendements. within All leads and Lift to entire satisfac tion of Engineer in charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated PolyvinylChloride)pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007 . with all necessary accessories, specialsviz.socket,bend,tee,union,cross,elbo,nipple,longscrew,reducingsocket,reducingtee,shortpieceetc. Fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixingetc. complete inall respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materialsin any position above ground. Supply & fixing Factory made uPVC white colour three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi- chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality incl Glass and wiremesh, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
