Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (a) For Exposed Work. PVC Pipes. (Dia) 20 mm.

Note for Ser item No 115 to 129 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) as per format given in Annexure ‘A’ after Schedule 'A' Notes with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (j) Contractor should deposited the quantities of material (as mentioned in BOQ) in 3 equal installment i.e First 40% of total material within 30 days from the date of acceptance, Second 30% of material within 120 days from date of commencement and balance 30% of material within 180 days from the date of commencement, All the material as deposited should be kept in the safe custody of concerned JE and the same will be issued on daily bases as per complaint recd from the user. All record of complaint and material used be maintened in proper register duly signed by all concerned.

Attending complaints related to plumbing/water supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair such as replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts/unions/sockets/PVC connection etc and making water supply functional in case of blockage, refixing of GI pipe joints, application of white cement where required, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I )Only experienced 01 Nos plumber shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (II) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per complaints shall be charged.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment including mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 31 & 32: The Cost of Water proofing liquid shall be deemed to be included in this item)
