Checking and attending to Plumber complaints like no water supply, water leakage from bib taps, stop cock, pillar taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins, urinal, wall mixer/basin mixer, angle valve, concealed valve,shower rose , health faucet & jet, float valve, of any type & size or any other water supply fittings/fixtures incorporated in plumbing works any where in the bldgs which is causing obstruction to water supply in area & requires plumbing including carrying out minor repair such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc using petty materials like washers, thread (soot), Teflon tape, M-Seal, screws (any size), nails (any size) to make water supply/plumbing lines & fiittings/fixtures functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/ users complete all as directed. Note : (i) The rate of above mentioned item incorporates use of any materials & equipment used for completing the complaints on time to the satisfaction users/occupants. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative shall collect such type of complaints mentioned here in above from complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except Sunday & Holiday & submit the completion of complaints on the next day duly signed by the users/occupants. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint and submission of complaints . (iii) Complaints must be completed with in 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iv) Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.That complaint should also be completed within 24 Hrs without fail complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Loading of the water to the tanker and distribution of the water from the tanker to the colonies including the cost of hiring and maintenance cgharges of machinery like vehicle, tanker, cost of vehicle tracking machine includingf its operation payment of wages driver and helper etc every thing required for the job is the responsibility of the contractor supplying of water through water tankers at different locations under Lodna Area (Lead upto 5 KM)
