Shrink scanned tender documents, certificates and bids so they fit a portal’s upload limit. Pick a compression level, or set the maximum size in MB.
or drop them anywhere hereup to 100 MB each
E-procurement portals cap the size of each uploaded document, often at 2, 5, 10 or 20 MB, and a scanned bid easily runs past that. Add your PDFs, pick a compression level or type the limit in MB, and download copies that fit. Your original files are not changed.
PDFs are compressed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so confidential bids stay private.
Set a limit in MB and every file is checked against it before you get it. If a file cannot fit, you are told instead of being handed one that is too big.
Compress up to 50 PDFs in one go. Download them separately in a ZIP, or merged into one PDF.
Yes. It is completely free, needs no sign-up and adds no watermark. You can compress up to 50 PDFs at a time.
No. Your PDFs are processed inside your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to Tenderkart or anyone else, so confidential bid documents stay on your device.
In Download size, choose Custom limit and type the size in MB, for example 2. The tool keeps the best quality that fits and measures the finished file before giving it to you. If the size cannot be reached, it tells you the smallest size it could make.
Scanned documents and PDFs with photos shrink the most. PDFs that are mostly typed text are already small and may not get smaller; in that case the file is returned unchanged rather than made worse.
"Smaller (recommended)" keeps text clear for reading on screen and for printing. "Smallest" compresses harder and suits documents where a small size matters more than fine detail. Check the downloaded file before you upload it.
Strong compression saves each page as an image, which is what makes scanned documents so much smaller. Text on those pages can be read and printed, but not selected or searched. Your original file is not changed.
Yes. Add up to 50 PDFs. Each one is compressed on its own and they download together in a ZIP, or choose Merged PDF to get one compressed file.
For PDFs that need a password to open, enter it next to the file; the compressed copy is saved without the password. Compressing rewrites the file, so a digital signature (DSC) in it no longer validates in the copy. Keep your original.
