EARTHINGS: Supply of Various types of Steel materials confirming to ISS 2062 –Gr A including, Freight, Handling, etc., at site for Earthing with Labour for Fabrication & erection for Earthing including Labour, Machinary and Consumables as Required and as directed by the Field Engineer.

Fabrication and erection of pipe supports including on erected pipelines: Receipt of free issue material , handling, transportation, uncrating, preparation of IMIR, de-preservation, storage , segregation and pre assembly of pipe support members of individual supports such as body of supports, spring assemblies, saddles, guides, hanger rods etc., prefabrication of structural members, shifting to location after painting, erection, fit up, welding from filler wire and electrode supplied as free issue basis ,torque tightening, carrying out visual inspection as per working drawings including DCN/FCN/TAR & applicable documents, and technical specifications for different sizes of pipes mentioned below. This work also includes supply of structural steel, erection of scaffolding, providing manpower, tools & tackles, assembling of spring components, pre setting of springs & locking, correction of springs for final setting before release for commissioning, supply and application of graphite powder between sliding surfaces, arranging cleaning aids such as high quality kerosene / acetone, inspection, touch up paint with primer and final paint on site weld, preparation & submission of reports & as built drawings for NPCIL acceptance. Note: Grit blasting and painting will be measured in the respective BOQ items. The primary body support will be supplied by NPCIL and the supply of secondary support is in the scope of contractor. The scope also includes welding of free issue guide plates made of stainless steel with SS pipelines and CS/SS supports.
