Technical Specification: Overall dimension : 9.75 x 5.3 x 4 feet The Dog Travelling Vehicle should be a Mini truck category suitable for easy mobility in narrow lanes and congested roads and should have the rear cargo box specially designed and fabricated using Stainless Steel Material of Grade St-52 or Equivalent having Cargo Box body specifications of Loading Deck Length of 2975 mm, Loading Deck Width of 1690 mm and Loading Deck Height of 1258 mm. The thickness of the Side and Roof sheets shall be 2 mm and for the floor it shall be 3.00 mm.The Sub Frame construction shall be all welded construction of rectangular hollow section, reinforced adequately on the load members, mounted on chassis with nuts and bolts. The Dog Travelling Vehicle shall be designed with eight chambers for acommodating 8 dogs with necessary shutters. The vehicle should be well ventilated, easy loading and unloading of the dogs,thermal insulator if the floor is heating and easy cleaning. The side of the vehicle shall be provided with a four shutter on each side with locking arrangement enabling easy loading and unloading of dogs. The built-in vehicle shall be painted with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of enamel paint of the specified colour as per the directions of the departmental officers. Letter writing and slogan writing shall be done as per directions of the departmental officers.

Fabrication, trial assembly of 1X42 M bow String girder for LC No.448 and 1X48m bow string girder +1X18 m span composite Girder for LC no. 184 as per drawing, and or approved fabrication drawings, complete with steel conforming to IS:2062:2011, which will be supplied by BBJ. With agency's all materials , machineries tools tackles consumables ( from RDSO approved manufactures) , energy/ power all leads lifts, labour, etc. at RDSO approved agency's owned premises complete in all respect as per approved drawing and specifications, relevant clause of the contract and RDSO guidelines. The fabrication cost also include all type of stiffeners, packing, diaphragm, steel drift, shop welds, all type of gases, shop rivets/ service bolts , templates, jigs, fixtures, back up supports accessories etc. to complete the job. The rate shall include testing charges of all materials preparation of QAP, WPSS, WPQR and getting it approved by RDSO or any other agency as decided by BBJ /Railway. No part of the work shall be painted or coated , packed or despatch until it has been finally inspected and approved by the inspecting officer as per QAP. The rate shall also include the cost of approval by RDSO / any other agency as decided by BBJ.

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping in yard, at all elevations from (underground up to seven meters) generally as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipes: (a) Carbon Steel Pipes: Beveled-end seamless carbon steel pipes of make M/s Maharashtra Seamless Ltd. (MSL) / M/s Jindal, complying with the following standards: Material to API 5L Grade B PSL-1 / ASME SA-106 Grade B / ASTM A106 Grade B / ASTM A53 Grade B; Dimensions to ANSI B36.10; (b) Stainless Steel Pipe: Beveled end Seamless stainless steel pipes of make M/s Jindal / Remi / Inox / Nippon / Ratnamani, complying with the following standards: Material to ASTM A312 TP304; Dimensions to ANSI B36.19. (2) Bends: (a) Carbon Steel Bends: Seamless carbon steel bends complying with the following standards: Material to ASTM A234 Gr. WPB; Dimensions to ANSI B 16.9. (b) Stainless Steel Bends: Seamless stainless steel bends complying with the following standards: Material to ASTM A403 / ASME SA403 WP304; Dimensions to ANSI B 16.9. (3) Flanges: (a) Carbon Steel Flanges: RF/FF flanges Confirming to ASTM A105 / SA 105 and dimensions conforming to ASME/ANSI B 16.5 of pressure class 150 lbs with 3mm thick neoprene/asbestos gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC.; (b) Stainless Steel Flanges: RF/FF flanges Confirming to ASTM A182 / ASME SA182 and dimensions conforming to ASME/ANSI B 16.5 of pressure class 150 lbs with 3mm thick neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (4) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / E-308L / E-309L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable 'U' clamps of minimum thickness 8 mm on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (5) Painting (Except SS Pipes): Pipes to be painted with two coats of Polyurethane Enamel paint over one coat of suitable oil based primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. (6) Testing & Commissioing: (a) DP test to be carried out on 10% of the weld joints as decided by EIC.; (b) Pipeline to be tested segment wise hydraulically at a pressure of 16 bar for a minimum of 30 minutes followed by flushing and commissioning. (7) Documents to be submitted: (a) Original manufacturer's test certificates of the pipes supplied; (b) Pipe sample(s) as per IS 4711 to be tested at MSME laboratory for its mechanical & chemical properties.; (c) ITI welder certificate / IBR welder certificate to be submitted for the engaged welders. The quoted unit rate shall include the cost of all materials, consumables, labour, tools, tackles, scaffolding, testing, and other incidental works required for satisfactory completion, as directed by the EIC.
