To carry out the Job work required for Operation and petty maintenance, supervision by means of pump operator, electrician, helper etc.complete job for Sina Madha LIS total pumps - 9+2 nos. including its mechanical and electrical equipments with all necessary Mechanical and electrical equipment’s with all necessary activities and cleaning activity for Sina Madha LIS for annual rotation for year 2025-26,2026-27, & 2027-28). Schedule B

Servicing along with allied mechanical works of the installed Circulation Pump model KS-516+,1420 RPm, 5HP motor by way of disconnecting the pump supply, disassembling of pump shaft and gland packing housing, cleaning of the components, removing of existing gland packing, remetalling and machining of shaft at various places as required for fittment with a compatible mechanical seal of suitable type and size. The fitting of new seal shall be carried out ensuring alignment, lubrication of rotating parts and final assembly of shaft and seal housing with pump. The job includes also installation of new impeller of same size as the original MOC cast iron . The job further includes providing and replacing of worn out parts like bearings . The pump shall be fitted in its place and tested for any leaks at load conditions. The pump shall work without any leaks or other defects for atleast one season.
